El descrédito de la otrora súper banda Metallica es ya legendario.
Evidentemente habrá lectores, melómanos o fans que sigan amando a la boy band que se convirtió Metallica. Para gustos colores.
Pero que pasaría sí dentro de esos fans hubieran algunos con la intención suficiente de regrabar el St. Anger prácticamente de cero.
Y como ellos lo indican, no hay solos de guitarra o bien algunas partes de la batería fueron añadidas digitalmente.
La honestidad y la buena hechura de los chavales encargados de regrabar el St Anger es seguro que les encantará
Yo odio al Metallica de los últimos 20 años. Con estos críos hasta me encantó el St. Anger.
La buena onda es que Metallica le dio oportunidad a los chavos de regrabar el disco sin broncas legales. Buen punto ahí.

Re-recorded in it's entirety, #STANGER2015 is a project from Daryl G. and Chris D. (from Grace The Skies) and Dave C. (of Adust), and is a brand new version of Metallica's 2003 album St. Anger.
Recorded during a turbulent time in the bands career, St. Anger has always divided opinion. Some longtime fans were turned off by the drop tuned riffs and raw production, whilst some listeners embraced it, myself included. #STANGER2015 is for the listeners who weren't so fond on the record back when it was released in 2003.
Recorded from the ground up, the album has been shortened by 15 minutes, yet every riff and lyric is intact, resulting in a more concise and focused record.
The production is also more conventional, and we hope that Metallica fans appreciate this new version of an album that is always looked at as an anomaly in the incredible career of the world's biggest metal band, Metallica.
*Absolutely no money has been made from this project, and it has been created out of love for one of our favourite bands of all time. There will be no download links or alternative streaming options aside from this singular youtube video.

NOTE: Whilst I played 99% of the drums, the continuous double bass in certain sections has been digitally added. Reason being that due to time constraints and budget, I had just 6 hours to record ALL of the drums, and because drums arn't my first instrument, the technique would have burnt me out too early and not allowed me to finish the recordings.
NOTE 2: There are NO added solos, and the reason being is 1. I am not Kirk Hammett, and 2. The point of this wasn't to rewrite the album, but to re-record it to sound more conventional more than anything. Metallica didn't write solo's for this album, so we didn't play any.
NOTE 3 : Death Magnetic is awesome.

Es evidente que Lars es malísimo. Con un buen batería Metallica podría sonar a un buen nivel. Lástima que Ulrich sea casi el dueño de la banda, ha!
Y bueno, lo que no sirve no sirve. Hay canciones de este St. Anger que son infumables.
Por el contrario, en la regrabada, hay otras que suenan muy bien.
